What the Glo2 facial line is
Glo2 is a branded facial line we run as a separate menu from our classic facials. Like any professional facial, the heart of it is a multi-step routine — cleanse, exfoliate, and hydrate — done with the brand's own system and serums. It is maintenance and glow: it leaves skin clean, hydrated, and brighter, and most people find the time relaxing. Three of the four tiers stay at that gentle, facial-level intensity; the fourth adds a real device step.
There are four tiers. Glo2 Express is $215, the streamlined 30-minute version. Glo2 Lux is $315 for a full 60 minutes with extended massage and premium serums. Glo2 RF runs $150 to $225 and adds radiofrequency, which uses controlled heat to prompt gradual tightening over the months that follow. Glo2 Platinum is $525, the deepest tier, and it adds laser resurfacing — a bigger step that carries real downtime and starts with a candidacy check.
Most people book a Glo2 every four to six weeks for maintenance, or in the week before a wedding or event for a fresh look. Many pair it with microneedling for deeper collagen-building work, alternate it with our Customized Facial for variety, or add microdermabrasion for stronger physical exfoliation. Your first visit includes a skin assessment to match you to the right tier. Glo2 is a facial for glow and upkeep, not a medical cure, and the Platinum laser tier is best decided in a consultation.
The 30 to 75 minutes inside your Glo2 visit
The Glo2 protocol takes 30 to 75 minutes depending on the variant. There is no discomfort. The textured tip feels like a gentle massage with light suction, and the infusion stage feels cool and refreshing.
You will see immediate brighter skin, more even tone, and a plumper appearance. Slight redness clears within minutes to a few hours. RF variants may leave the skin slightly pink and warm for several hours.
No downtime. You can return to normal activity, wear makeup, and exercise the same day. Most clients schedule Glo2 every 4 to 6 weeks for cumulative effect.

The Glo2 Platinum is $525, and it is the deepest protocol in this line. It combines the Glo2 facial with laser resurfacing, which is what sets it apart from every other tier. This is the medical-grade option, and the laser does more than a facial can reach. Because there is an actual laser step, it also carries more precautions and more downtime than the rest of the menu. More on that below.

It adds radiofrequency, which uses controlled heat to warm the deeper skin and prompt a gradual tightening over the months that follow. Expect mild warmth during the session. It sits between a plain facial and the Platinum tier: more than maintenance, far less involved than a laser.

Before your first Glo2 Facial
How much downtime you have depends entirely on which tier you book. Express and Lux are facials, so downtime is minimal. Skin may look a little flushed for an hour or two, and you can go back to your day. RF adds warmth and mild redness that settles quickly. Platinum is the exception. Because it includes laser resurfacing, recovery is real: expect redness, and, depending on how the skin is treated, some peeling or flaking while it heals. We walk you through the aftercare before you book it.
The laser step in Platinum is also the one with rules. Freshly resurfaced skin is vulnerable to the sun, so daily broad-spectrum sunscreen, SPF 30 or higher, is not optional afterward. Laser resurfacing is generally not done over a fresh tan or sunburn, during pregnancy, on skin with an active infection or a cold-sore outbreak in the area, or while you are taking certain light-sensitizing medications, including recent isotretinoin. That is why Platinum starts with a candidacy check, not a booking. If the laser is not right for you that day, one of the other tiers usually is.
How does this compare to our classic facial line? A European or Customized facial gives you the traditional extraction-and-mask facial. Glo2 is the brand-system version, weighted toward hydration and glow, with the option to add radiofrequency or laser on top. Neither is better; they answer different wants.
