How much does the VIP Membership cost?

$150 per month, plus a one-time $100 enrollment fee due at signup. Every monthly $150 fee is credited in full to your personal account and is yours to use toward any treatment or retail product. The $100 enrollment fee is non-refundable.

How do my monthly credits work?

Each month you're an active member, $150 is added to your personal account. Credits roll forward month over month and remain usable while your membership is active. Apply them toward any treatment or retail product at The Spa.

What member pricing do I receive?

Members receive 10% preferred pricing on every treatment and retail product. This discount applies on top of your monthly credit, so you save on purchases above the credit amount as well.

Every new member receives a complimentary welcome gift at enrollment — our way of introducing you to The Spa's signature products and experiences.

Do I receive anything for my birthday?

Yes. Every active member receives a special gift to celebrate their birthday each year.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. The VIP Membership requires a three-month minimum commitment from your start date. Membership may not be cancelled during this initial term. After three months, the membership automatically continues month-to-month until you choose to cancel.

How do I cancel my membership?

After your three-month initial term, submit written cancellation notice at least 30 days before your next billing date by email to info@thespalubbock.com or by mail to The Spa by Sheena, 8713 Milwaukee Ave #200, Lubbock, TX 79424. Cancellation becomes effective 30 days after we receive your written notice. All fees due during the notice period remain payable.

Can I pause or freeze my membership?

Yes. Members may request to freeze their membership for up to two months per calendar year. After the freeze period, your membership automatically reactivates under the same terms.

Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

Accepted Answer

No. VIP Memberships are non-transferable. They cannot be gifted, shared, or assigned to another person — the membership is tied to your personal account at The Spa.

Are membership fees or credits refundable?

Accepted Answer

No. The $100 enrollment fee, monthly fees, and accrued credits are non-refundable and have no cash value. Accrued credits remain usable until your final paid billing date — we encourage members to apply them toward treatments or retail products before that date.
