We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows forfeit the deposit on file — no additional charge applies. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a shortened service, reschedule, or no-show at the provider's discretion. Rescheduling with 24+ hours' notice transfers your deposit to the new appointment.

Yes. A deposit is required at the time of booking. The amount varies by service and is communicated when you book. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward the cost of your service at your appointment.

New patients complete intake forms covering medical history, current medications, and treatment goals. These can be completed online through your patient portal before your visit, or in-spa when you arrive.

For non-urgent questions, call (806) 701-5840 or send a message. For signs of infection, severe swelling, vision changes, or other urgent concerns described on your post-treatment care card, follow the "When to Call The Spa" guidance. For medical emergencies, call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.
