The flat fee covers your consultation, the precise dosing your upper lip needs, and the injection itself. Each injection is a quick pinch with an ultra-fine needle. The lip area is more sensitive than the forehead or 11s, so the sensation is more noticeable — but the entire treatment involves only 2 to 4 placements and takes about a minute. Topical numbing is available on request; most clients do not require it.

Typically 4 to 8 units of Botox, calibrated to your upper lip's muscle strength and your goal.
