45 minutes
A biLift session runs about 45 minutes, face or body. There is no numbing cream to wait on, so the appointment is the treatment. It is a series rather than a single visit: the package is five sessions, with maintenance at an interval your provider sets.
Non-invasive, two technologies
A non-invasive, in-office treatment on the Lumenis triLift 2.0, using two of the platform's three technologies. Dynamic Muscle Stimulation (DMSt) contracts facial and body muscles with a controlled electrical current, and TriPollar RF heats the deeper layers of the skin to firm them. Nothing is injected, nothing is cut, and nothing breaks the skin.
Face and body, one body area per visit
Face: mid-face, jawline, smile lines and the under-eye area. Body, one area per visit: abs, arms, flanks, glutes, quads, hamstrings or calves. On a body package the area is chosen at the start and all five visits go to it.
Tone and firmness, without downtime
For loss of definition along the jawline and cheeks, and for skin that has started to slacken, where you want the muscle and firming work without the microneedling step. On the body, for muscle tone. It is not a substitute for filler where the problem is lost volume, or for surgery where laxity is significant. Candidacy is confirmed at consultation.
The muscle work, without the microneedling
What is biLift?
Most non-surgical treatments work on skin. biLift starts a layer deeper, at the muscle, then firms the skin above it. Same approach as triLift, minus the microneedling.
Facial muscles lose tone the way muscles anywhere else do. As they weaken and lengthen, the structure they give the face goes with them. Dynamic Muscle Stimulation contracts those muscles at an intensity you cannot reach by voluntary movement, and TriPollar RF firms the skin sitting over them.
On the body the same two technologies are used for muscle tone, one area per visit.
What to expect from biLift
biLift is built as a course rather than a one-off. The package is five visits, and on the body all five go to the same area.
Because it works on muscle rather than resurfacing skin, the change is gradual. Your provider will tell you what to look for and when, and set a maintenance interval once the series is finished.

Why clients choose biLift
THE SAME MUSCLE WORK, FOR LESS
biLift runs the identical Dynamic Muscle Stimulation and TriPollar RF as triLift. From $325 a session, with five-visit packages at 10% off five single visits.
FACE OR BODY
On the face: mid-face, jawline, smile lines and under-eye. On the body: one area per visit, abs, arms, flanks, glutes, quads, hamstrings or calves.
WORKS AT THE MUSCLE LAYER
Dynamic Muscle Stimulation contracts the muscles that hold up the face at an intensity you cannot reach by voluntary movement.
NOTHING TO RECOVER FROM
Makeup the same day and straight back to your day. No flushing, no peeling, no planning around it.
NO NUMBING NEEDED
Nothing breaks the skin, so there is no numbing cream to wait on. The appointment is the treatment, about 45 minutes.
Forty-five minutes, no numbing, no recovery
Inside a biLift appointment
You lie back and your provider moves the applicator over the area being treated. The muscle stimulation feels like tapping or fluttering as the muscles contract, unfamiliar rather than painful. The radiofrequency feels warm.
There is no numbing cream, because nothing breaks the skin. You can wear makeup out of the appointment and go straight back to your day.
The difference is the microneedling
biLift vs triLift
Both run on the same platform and both do the muscle work. triLift adds RF microneedling, which builds collagen and works on texture and fine lines. That is the whole difference.
triLift runs 60 minutes and is done under numbing cream. biLift runs 45 and needs none. Plenty of clients mix the two across a course, and the triLift packages are built that way: three triLift visits paired with two biLift.
FAQ
Your questions, answered
We’ve answered some of the most common questions below to help make your experience simple, transparent, and stress-free.
Yes, and they do different jobs. Neurotoxin relaxes the muscles that fold the skin into expression lines. Filler replaces lost volume. biLift conditions the muscles that support the face and firms the skin over them, so it does not replace either one. Tell your provider what else you are having and when, and they will sequence it.
Can I have biLift alongside Botox or filler?
Yes. We treat one area per visit: abs, arms, flanks, glutes, quads, hamstrings or calves. A body session runs about 45 minutes, the same as the face. On a five-visit package you choose the area at the start and all five visits go to it.
Can biLift treat the body?
You will usually see a lift the same day, and that first result is temporary; it settles over the next few days, so treat it as a preview rather than the outcome. The lasting change accumulates across the five-session series. Because muscle tone declines without stimulation, results are maintained with periodic sessions rather than being permanent, and your provider sets the interval at your follow-up.
When will I see biLift results and how long do they last?
No. The muscle stimulation feels like tapping or fluttering as the muscles contract, which is unfamiliar the first time rather than painful, and the TriPollar radiofrequency feels warm, like a smooth heated stone moving over the skin. Nothing breaks the skin, so no numbing cream is used at all.
Does biLift hurt?
Anyone with a pacemaker, a defibrillator or any implanted electronic device, and anyone with metal implants in the area being treated, including dental implants, plates and screws. Those are absolute contraindications from Lumenis, not preferences. Tell your provider about any of them at consultation.
Who should not have biLift?
$355 for the face and $325 for one body area. The five-visit packages are $1,597.50 for the face and $1,462.50 for the body, which is 10% off the price of five single visits. VIP members save a further 20% on single sessions and on package pricing.
What does biLift cost in Lubbock?
Five, a week apart, and the packages are built around that. On a body package all five visits go to the same area, and you choose the area at the start. Improvement builds across the series rather than arriving in one visit, and your provider sets a maintenance interval once it is finished.
How many biLift sessions will I need?
None. Nothing breaks the skin, so you can wear makeup out of the appointment and go straight back to your day. The muscle stimulation feels like tapping or fluttering and the radiofrequency feels warm; neither leaves anything to recover from.
Is there any downtime after biLift?
About 45 minutes, face or body. There is no numbing cream to wait on, so the appointment is the treatment. triLift, which adds the RF microneedling step under numbing cream, runs about 60.
How long does a biLift appointment take?
The microneedling. triLift runs all three technologies on the Lumenis platform in one 60-minute visit: Dynamic Muscle Stimulation, TriPollar radiofrequency and RF microneedling, the last of those under numbing cream. biLift runs the first two in about 45 minutes, with no numbing and nothing to recover from, at a lower price. The muscle work is identical in both. triLift adds collagen building in the skin itself.
What is the difference between biLift and triLift?
