LUBBOCK, Texas – Nov. 3, 2026 – The Spa by Sheena, a Lubbock Med Spa, is now the first and only provider in Lubbock to offer triLift 2.0 by Lumenis. The treatment gives clients in Lubbock and West Texas a new non-surgical option for lift, tone, firmness and definition on the face and body. Consultations and treatments begin today.
Most non-surgical skin tightening treatments work on the skin alone. triLift 2.0 also works the muscles underneath, almost like giving the face or body a workout, while firming and smoothing the skin above them. For clients who are starting to notice changes in facial definition, firmness or fine lines and aren’t looking for surgery, it offers a way to treat both layers in one plan.

Three Technologies, Three Jobs
triLift 2.0 combines three technologies, and each has a different job. One works the muscles, one firms the skin and one resurfaces it. That lets The Spa’s providers build each treatment around what the client actually wants to improve instead of treating every concern the same way.
Dynamic Muscle Stimulation (DMSt)
DMSt is what gives triLift its muscle-first approach. It uses controlled electrical stimulation to create repeated contractions in targeted muscles, toning and conditioning them. Clients usually describe the sensation as a light tapping or fluttering.
On the face, DMSt can help improve definition through the cheeks and jawline without adding volume the way filler does. Clients may notice a lifted look right after a session, and results continue to build through the treatment series.
TriPollar RF
TriPollar RF is the skin tightening side of the treatment. It delivers radiofrequency heat into the skin to encourage the body’s own collagen and elastin production, supporting firmness, texture and the appearance of mild to moderate fine lines and wrinkles. Clients feel warmth as it works.
The two technologies work together. DMSt tones the muscles underneath, and TriPollar RF improves the quality of the skin sitting over them. Because collagen builds gradually, skin improvements keep developing as clients move through their series.
FibroBoost RF Microneedling
FibroBoost is the resurfacing step, used when the goal is more focused improvement in skin texture, stubborn fine lines and overall smoothness. Its electrodes, finer than a standard microneedling needle, open tiny channels in the skin and deliver radiofrequency energy into them.
Numbing cream is applied first, and on the face, Pro-Nox is also included for comfort. Clients may feel pressure, prickling and warmth during treatment. Afterward, the skin may look flushed and feel warm for a few hours. Clients are advised to skip makeup for the first 24 hours and focus on hydration for the first couple of days.
triLift and biLift
The Spa offers triLift 2.0 two ways. triLift uses all three technologies. biLift uses DMSt and TriPollar RF without the microneedling step, so no numbing is needed.
The treatment itself takes about 30 to 40 minutes. A triLift appointment runs about an hour to allow time for numbing, and a biLift appointment runs about 45 minutes.
Face and Body Contouring in Lubbock
triLift 2.0 is not limited to the face. Facial treatments focus on the jawline, cheeks and overall firmness. On the body, triLift can treat the abdomen, arms, flanks, glutes and thighs, with one area treated per appointment.
On the body, DMSt creates repeated muscle contractions, similar to a workout without doing the exercises, while TriPollar RF firms the skin above. The goal is not weight loss or fat reduction. Body treatments are for clients who want specific areas to look firmer, tighter and more defined. Some clients feel mild muscle soreness afterward, similar to after a workout, but most can return to their normal activities.
Treatment Package Options
A series of five treatments is recommended, followed by maintenance based on each client’s treatment plan. The Spa by Sheena offers five-treatment packages for both the face and body, and every package includes a 10% package discount.
triLift packages combine three triLift sessions with two biLift sessions, so clients receive muscle conditioning, skin firming and RF microneedling across the series.
biLift packages focus on lifting, toning and firming without the microneedling step.

Consultation Required
A consultation is required before treatment so the provider can make sure triLift is a safe and appropriate option. During the consultation, the provider reviews medical history, including implanted electronic devices or metal in the treatment area, discusses the client’s goals, recommends the right approach and sets realistic expectations for what triLift can and cannot address.
