What it is

What it is

The Green Peel B is an herbal alternative to acid-based chemical peels. It uses a blend of finely ground botanicals (herbs and minerals) massaged into the skin to create mechanical exfoliation paired with botanical actives. The result is fresh skin without the harshness of strong acids.

What it treats

Green Peel B addresses fine lines, acne, pigmentation, oily skin, and dull texture. It's particularly useful for patients who can't tolerate acid chemistry (sensitive skin, certain pregnancy considerations, those who've reacted to traditional peels) but want meaningful exfoliation results.

What to expect

Plan for 3 to 5 days of visible flaking. Days 2 to 3 are usually peak peeling. Don't pick — let the skin shed naturally.

Use the specific aftercare products provided. Skip all other actives, retinoids, and exfoliants during recovery. SPF religiously. Avoid sun exposure.

Results visible by day 5 and continue settling for 2 weeks. Best results from a series of 3 to 4 peels spaced monthly.

How it compares

Days 1 to 3: skin feels tight and looks slightly pink. Day 3 to 5: peeling begins (less dramatic than a TCA peel, but visible). Day 5: peeling resolves with brighter, smoother skin underneath.

The treatment

A 45 to 60 minute session: cleanse, massage the herbal mixture into the skin (this is the main step and takes 20 to 30 minutes), remove, apply post-care. The massage feels stimulating and warm. The skin is left flushed and active.

View Aftercare Guide

An herbal alternative to acid-based chemical peels. Uses ground botanicals (eight herbs traditionally) massaged into the skin to create moderate exfoliation through mechanical action and plant-based actives—not acid chemistry. Excellent option for sensitive skin or melasma patients who don't tolerate aggressive acid peels.

What is the Herbal Green Peel?

No acid chemistry. The exfoliation comes from mechanical action of the herbs being massaged in plus plant compounds with mild active properties. Results similar to medium-depth acid peels but without acid-related risks. Particularly good for patients with sensitivity, melasma, or rosacea-adjacent concerns.

How is the Herbal Green Peel different from chemical peels?

Hyperpigmentation, melasma, texture concerns, fine lines, mild scarring, and overall renewal—particularly for patients who don't tolerate acid peels well. Also good for ongoing maintenance in patients with reactive skin.

What does the Herbal Green Peel treat?

Mild stinging during massage application—lasts a few minutes. Skin feels warm and tight afterward. Less intense than acid peels. Most patients describe it as more pleasant than expected.

Does the Herbal Green Peel hurt?

Recovery is about 2 days. Mild redness and flaking. Visible peeling resolves within a few days. Skin renewal is significant. Plan around social events—visible flaking is part of the result.

What's the downtime?

$275 per peel. A series of treatments spaced 4 weeks apart is recommended, followed by maintenance treatments to sustain your results. Members receive discounted pricing.

How much does the Herbal Green Peel cost in Lubbock?

Yes—generally gentler than acid peels for melasma. Aggressive acid peels can sometimes trigger melasma flare; the herbal approach is less likely to cause this reaction. Still combine with strict sun protection and home regimen for best results.

Is the Herbal Green Peel safe for melasma?

A series of treatments spaced 4 weeks apart is recommended, followed by maintenance treatments to sustain your results.

How often should I get the Herbal Green Peel?

Strict sun avoidance for 7–10 days. SPF 30+ daily. Heavy moisturizer. Skip retinoids and active acids for 10 days. Don't pick at peeling skin—let it shed naturally.
