The Customized Facial is built around your specific skin needs at the time of your appointment. Your aesthetician evaluates your skin's current state, discusses any concerns, then tailors the protocol — cleanser type, exfoliation depth, mask choice, serums, finishing products — to match.

What to expect

The session feels generally relaxing with a few more intense moments during extractions or stronger exfoliation. Mild redness for 1 to 2 hours after is normal.

Skip strong actives at home for 24 to 48 hours. SPF essential. Most patients can wear makeup immediately if needed.

Best results from a series of facials spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart for ongoing skin maintenance. The Customized Facial format means each session can address what your skin needs that day.

The European Facial is a fixed protocol that works for most general maintenance. The Customized Facial adapts to your skin on the day — useful for fluctuating skin (hormonal patterns, stress, seasonal changes) or for patients with specific concerns that need different treatment from session to session.

The 60-minute appointment covers thorough cleansing, customized exfoliation (chemical or enzymatic depending on skin state), extractions if needed, treatment mask suited to your concern, serum infusion, hydrating finish, and SPF. Light therapy can be added depending on goals.

We begin with a skin assessment, then design the facial around your needs: chosen cleanser, exfoliation method (mechanical or chemical), targeted serums, custom mask, finishing products and SPF. Different from a one-size-fits-all facial—it adapts to what your skin needs that day.
