The Back Facial brings the full facial protocol to the back. The back is a common area for acne, congestion, sun damage, and texture concerns, but it's hard to address with at-home routine alone (you can't reach it). A clinical Back Facial handles what your reach can't.

What to expect

The session is comfortable — most patients find it relaxing. Some discomfort during extractions, particularly if the back is significantly congested. Mild redness post-treatment.

Avoid sunscreen residue, tight workout clothing, and heavy product layers on the back for 24 hours. Resume gentle home routine the next day.

Best results from a series of treatments, especially for chronic back acne. Combine with appropriate home routine (back-friendly cleanser, occasional exfoliation, sunscreen) for compound improvement.

What's a Back Facial?

Yes—often the primary reason patients book. Professional extractions of clogged pores (done correctly to avoid scarring) and acne-focused exfoliation produce visible improvement. Severe back acne may need a series plus home care support.

Will a Back Facial help with back acne?

Same protocol, different area. Back skin is thicker than face skin and tolerates somewhat more aggressive exfoliation. Treatment time is similar (45–60 minutes).

We provide a robe or wrap. You'll lay face-down for the treatment with your back exposed. Bring or wear a sports bra/bottom you don't mind being seen in if you'd like.

What should I wear to a Back Facial?

Mild discomfort during extractions—comparable to face extractions. Mask application and hydration are relaxing. Most patients find it comfortable and often relaxing despite the active treatment.

Does a Back Facial hurt?

Hyperpigmentation (dark marks) from past acne responds well to chemical peels and facials. True scarring (textural) needs different treatments like microneedling or RF microneedling. We'll assess at consultation and recommend the right approach.
