The Spa by Sheena is a medical day spa in Lubbock, Texas, serving West Texas since 2016. Founded by Sheena Klos, LE — a CIDESCO-certified Licensed Esthetician — we deliver aesthetic, hormone, laser, and advanced skincare treatments built around natural-looking results.

Our menu spans four categories: Skincare (facials, peels, dermaplane, lash and brow), Laser (hair removal, pigment correction, tattoo removal, skin rejuvenation, acne correction), Injectables and Wellness (neurotoxins, fillers, biostimulators, hormone therapy, wellness injections, weight loss support), and Advanced Treatments (microneedling with RF and PRP, RF skin tightening, electrolysis, electrocauterization, sclerotherapy).

Every new patient begins with a private consultation. Your provider will review your goals, medical history, and skin or wellness concerns, then build a personalized plan paced to your timeline and budget. Many treatments — facials, laser, wellness injections — can begin the same day. Procedural treatments like neurotoxins, filler, sclerotherapy, and HRT initiation are typically scheduled as a dedicated follow-up.

Our team includes Nurse Practitioners, Aesthetic Nurses, and Medical Aestheticians — each trained directly by Sheena Klos and credentialed for the services they deliver. Injectable treatments are performed by Rebecca Fant, MSN, FNP-C, and Angela Hunsaker, RN. All medical treatments are overseen by Patricia Arledge, MD, our Medical Director, in accordance with Texas medical board regulations.

Yes. Medical treatments — including injectables, laser, hormone therapy, and weight loss support — require a consultation and medical clearance before treatment. All medical services are delivered under the supervision of Patricia Arledge, MD, our Medical Director, in accordance with Texas medical board regulations.
