About the Role:
As a Client Hospitality Coordinator, you’re the first impression — and often the lasting one. You’ll set the tone for our clients’ entire experience at The Spa by Sheena, ensuring each visit feels seamless, welcoming, and elevated. From answering calls and managing appointments to checkout and product recommendations, you bring warmth, precision and a glow to every client interaction!
This position is ideal for someone who is looking for a long-term, consistent, full-time position who is intentional, service-minded, detail-oriented, and thrives in a calm, professional environment where hospitality meets efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
Greet every client with professionalism and genuine warmth
Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments promptly and accurately
Confirm appointments and ensure clients are prepared for each visit
Facilitate checkout and payment processing with accuracy and care
Enhance client experience through memberships and retail product sales
Maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful front desk and lobby
Prepare client product bundles, membership gift bags, and display materials
Learn and communicate product and service knowledge confidently
Provide post-care products and communicate post-care instructions to clients
Log and track client memberships, points, and rewards
Complete Meevo Front Desk Certification within 120 days of hire
